Today we went for some surf lessons from the Surf Shack in Malibu. 90 minutes of fun in the waves! Hard to get good pictures with my phone but they give an idea of these new surfers.
We certainly had fun and all stood on the boards at some point!
At the end they were slightly frozen - nothing the sun couldn't take care of...

One thing I keep having to tell myself over and over is that the sea here is COLD. The sun shines, the weather is hot, but really you don't go into this water without a wetsuit. Some of us don't even go in it with one - but that's just me ...
